Withdrawal Form (Annex-1)

For exercising your right of withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal form by contacting our customer service or downloading it from our website. The form should include: Order date or delivery date, goods or services subject to withdrawal, price, buyer's name and surname, ID/passport number, telephone, address, and signature (if sent on paper).
